Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping:

At Atlas Defense Solutions, LLC, all shipments will be insured and require a direct signature upon delivery. Tracking information will be emailed to the customer when their order has shipped.

  • Some items may have lead times, and it is the customer's responsibility to inquire about lead times prior to placing an order.

  • Items ship within 5 business days of availability.

  • We will only ship to the customer’s direct billing address.

  • We do not ship outside of the United States or to PO boxes.

Cancellations:

All orders are non-cancellable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to contact Atlas Defense Solutions, LLC at sales@atlasdefensesolutionsllc.com with any questions prior to placing an order.

  • Customers must understand that lead times are estimates and may change due to factors outside of our control.

 

Returns:

It is the policy of Atlas Defense Solutions, LLC not to accept returns. In the event returns are accepted, at the sole discretion of Atlas Defense Solutions, LLC, the following conditions apply:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

  • RMA numbers may be requested by emailing sales@atlasdefensesolutionsllc.com and must be included with any returned items.

  • RMAs are issued at the sole discretion of Atlas Defense Solutions, LLC, on a case-by-case basis, as per our warranty policies.

 

Refunds:

All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued because a customer wants to return an item.

  • Items are covered under our warranty policies and may be repaired or replaced, but no refunds will be provided.

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm all product information with Atlas Defense Solutions, LLC before placing an order.

 

Refused Shipments:

All sales are final. Refused shipments will not be considered a valid return under Atlas Defense Solutions, LLC’s return policy.

  • If a shipment is refused, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the order.
